Apartment is in better condition than other nearby apartments and better pricing . Jennifer at leasing office is polite and respectful.

Please read the entire thing- June- the apartment is ok , not good for the price range. The maintenance service takes too long to visit your house. It took more than 2 weeks for them to look into any maintenance req. for tha same price you get better apt at river stone April- they cleaned the dryer claimed it worked and then the washer broke down. As of today its been 2 weeks since I complained about the washer. Today they tell me finally I have 45 complaints lined up before me. Dont come here if peace of mind is what you want

Worst Maintenance. We had to move in because we had limited time and no availability at other nearby apartments for the desired time. There were around 10-12 issues even before move-in, and we gave the list to the property management, yet only three were fixed. When we raised the issue with the windows in bedroom not closing properly, the reply from management was, they are old and cannot be fixed, it has to be pushed hard to be closed and they will send a person to close it for time being (but not fix it). Every time if we open the window, we need to call the maintenance to close. And whatever work order we say, they say it's old and they remain the same, and it cannot be fixed. Worrying now that we have made the biggest mistake of deciding to lease an apartment at Monarch.

Worst maintenances and staff behavior specifically from the leasing office. Apartment was not move in ready. I requested a walkthrough as everyone is entitled to before moving in a new home and was denied the request stating I could perform the move-in checklist and turn it into the office 72 hours after moving in. There were dead bugs on the kitchen floor, dead spiders in the master bathroom, a strong musty odor that lasted weeks, Bedroom closet doors are not fitted just standing on the support of wall. for whatever reason, the light in the fridge doesn’t work (still doesn’t work), the prior tenant obviously had pet because there are several issues. (still there), the kitchen sink water dripped after being off, the master bathroom sink is clogging, nothing repainted, and the master bathro
