Residences on Carr Hill

This is a great place to live and the landlord and maintenance man are wonderful. My only complaint is the parking lot. IT NEEDS PAVED!

Lorin & Preston were awesome. My first time on my own and they were both very helpful.

Since I moved-in in May of 2024, the property manager, Lorin, and the maintenance manager, Preston, have been nothing but accommodating and supportive. The amenities on-site are a one-minute walk from the apartments, making it easy to do laundry, workout, and overall, enjoy the property scenery. Residences on Carr Hill is located roughly 5 minutes from a Walmart, numerous gas stations, and restaurants, making it super convenient to access all your necessary supplies and needs. Residences on Carr Hill is a perfect fit!

Nice, well kept property and suites. Just far enough from the highway to be quiet and safe, while being within walking distance, or a short drive, from a variety of shops and restaurants. Staff is minimal but genuinely helpful and very nice to deal with. Cleaning staff also does an effective job - zero complaints in that area. My experience is with relatively short-term stay (weeks), but as I understand it, there are also contracts/accommodations for longer terms (months+). Building is of an older design, and is therefore not particularly accessible to wheelchair users. But, a suite on the first floor can certainly be workable, so long as door widths are checked against your chair. I did this and was able to access what I needed. Bringing a shower chair is highly recommended. Very ligh

We love it here so far. The maintenance man is great, so friendly & fixes anything I bring to his attention right away. My kids just wish they had a playground or basketball goal!
