I suggest anyone using this company be extremely vigilant and ask questions. I was selling a property and I noticed there was a road block. She was having trouble pushing the title through. I asked multiple times what I could do to help. It turns out that she had found some liens pending against my property. She never bothered to let me know about the liens or even ask if they could possibly be a mistake. She did however call all of the lien holders and set up payoffs without talking to me. She then presented me the final document to sign . I finally asked her exactly why she decided to keep me in the dark regarding the liens . She simply said she was trying to rush so we could beat a sheriffs sale. She was going to let me sign the payoff document without ever mentioning the word lien. My
