Always impressed with the outstanding professionalism of Tina Talkington and her talents and ease of walking us step by step thru the process of successfully selling our home…and buying our new home. This was our second time with Tina as our realtor in 6 years, and we can’t imagine buying or selling without her by our side!

I was linked up with this realtor about a month ago and she was helping me buy a house. After an issue where we had to change the type of loan we were getting the realtor took the side of the seller to pressure me into using a local lender instead of the one of the top rated lenders in the country. I fealt that she did not have my best interests in mind and was siding with the seller. She did not attempt very hard to get the seller to look at my offer until I told her that if this house falls out of escrow then we are finding another realtor. I will not be going with Berkshire Hathaway ever again.

Had a problem with Keith as my realtor. Had his mind more on the commission than he did about the customer. Has difficulty communicating with his client. Bragged about hiring pretty women to work for him. Not a professional by no means. Would never recommend him as a realtor for anyone.
