Have been living here from last 4 years. Good management and reasonable rent. Really appreciate the service team specially Rob who always responds to maintenance request on time and provides the quickest turnaround.

We moved out June 2025. The old manager David was fired for incompetency and completely lost all of our paperwork. For some reason, we are getting collections for 650 we don't owe? We told them about this, and they have no record as to it and told us basically we have to deal with it on our own. Also, we haven't gotten our security deposit back. It's now October 31st. I'm writing this in hopes you guys will even see this since we're getting the run around constantly when we email. Beware of this if you choose to live here.

This review is specifically for maintenance. He is super respectful, polite, and prompt. He's more on top of our maintenance needs than we are :) Definitely an asset to this complex!

We had problems with our dining room light and the maintence guy came over and checked it out and fixed it. He did a great job and was very nice. Thank you! .

Rob is always quick to respond to maintenance requests, shows the issues that were fixed, and will test the fixes before leaving every time.
