Villages of Decoursey New Homes in Covington by Fischer Homes

We are 5 months into our new home and we started seeing the true colors of how much Fischer cares! While the building process was great; after me moved in is another story! We are trying to get our warranty items corrected and we are just being told what we want to hear! At this point, the superintendent has been pulled away from us due to him not doing his job the greatest, and now Fischer has been unresponsive! The quality of these houses are the cheapest material they can get their hands on, cheap contractors doing the work and repairs, and quality of the work just isn’t there! If your going to spend this kind of money on a new build! I highly recommend you choose another builder!
