Drees does a pretty fair job in this community. The homesites seem more than generous although some of them are not very flat. The Builder that the corporation has placed has an overseer is both knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft. Nevertheless, on a purchase of this magnitude it is incumbent upon you to do your homework before you make a purchase of this magnitude. Knock on doors and talk to your prospective neighbors about how the whole building process went. Ask about their warranty experience and check out reviews wherever you can. As Always, Enjoy!

I bought house last year in Ashford from dress new build and all ready 4 doors come off so measure check all doors and windows

Houses look good from the outside. Craftsmanship is a bit on the shoddy side.
