Madison Place Apartments

We moved in here in November December 2025. We hope we never have to leave it is that fun the vibe is wonderful. You could walk across the hallway to the bar in the Marriott hotel, great food great vibe. If you’re looking for a place to spend years or the rest of your life, this is it.

These are honestly the best apartments in the area! The leasing agents, Hope and David are extremely nice and personable. They are quick to respond and are always willing to help. Maintenance usually responds that day and has been so quick to get up to my apartment to look at my concern! The amenities here are top notch, two lounge/common areas that face downtown Cincinnati, a large gym including two “Mirror” fitness centers, a super nice coffee machine that can make you almost anything you want, garage parking, pet relief area, recycling, Luxe locker system for your packages, 24hr doorman/security, etc. I just can’t say enough about this place! Every once in awhile they will provide free pastries from The Baker’s Pantry down the street and on Fridays they’ve started doing happy hour wher

Beautiful apartments with very unique views, a safe environment and amazingly quiet! I moved from the NKY suburbs thinking I would only stay a year. I am now on year 3. Madison Place is a wonderful home and community and that is special thanks to Leslie Gieske! Leslie makes sure that everyone feels special and is taken care of. She treats this place as if it is her own home and does a great job building a community. But also the rest of the team is so impressive (special thanks to the head of Maintenance, Jason Workman!). If you are looking for a new lifestyle, easy access to everything fun, beautiful walks and a great community you should check this place out!

If you're a woman delivery driver, don't bother with these apartments!!! There's an older man, not gentleman because there's nothing gentle about him, infact he's quite aggressive and abusive towards females, who is security? A doorman? Doorman with a security jacket? And he is NOT friendly at all he indeed goes out of his way to be unkind

Overall a decent place to live. I would say the newness of it is starting to wear off but overall pretty decent. Pros: - Leasing staff and maintenance is great. Leslie and Jason were at a previous place I lived and they do an amazing job. Heather the Property Manager does a great job as well and will go above and beyond to fix issues like parked buses running all night long out front. Buses no longer sit out front now due to her hard work. - Nice unit layouts. Probably the largest in the city if I had a guess. - Nice amenities, but not overly great but nice - Staff does a great job with community social events - Bonus is when packages pile up and if time allows the staff will place them at your door for you so you don't have to go to the locker room.
