Roebling Row

We moved into Roebling Row a little over a month ago and so far it’s been amazing. We had a lease signed at another complex, but that fell through due to the place not being move in ready and having mold. Jessica was fantastic and was able to give us a tour on short notice, and then get us moved in within 1 weekend. She was so helpful in such a chaotic time for us. Since moving in, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here!

I’ve had such a great experience at Roebling Row Apartments! From the moment I first inquired, Jessica in the office has been incredibly kind and helpful. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, always answering my questions with patience and a smile. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents here. The apartments themselves are beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location near the river. It’s quiet but still close to everything Covington and Cincinnati have to offer. The building is well-kept, and maintenance is responsive whenever needed. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with great management, I highly recommend Roebling Row!

On the occasion of our Executive Building Manager's 25th anniversary at Roebling Row, I would like to congratulate her for outstanding work in making our apartment community an award winning place to live. I have been a resident for over 10 years and would heartily recommend Roebling Row as a place to live. Whether you are just starting out in your career or downsizing , there is a place for you here.

Renter beware: This is considered “livable” by Towne Properties (no flooring, 15+ industrial sized VERY LOUD fans, 85+ degree temperatures .. in a pandemic & polar vortex). When the building flooded, Towne did not put us in a hotel, did not put us in an AVAILABLE unit, did not prorate rent and would not let us out of our lease. In fact, our land lord said if we couldn’t live with the heat, sounds, and dust / debris kicked up (by the fans) without flooring, etc TO GO TO THE RED CROSS (while paying $2K / mo in rent) bc Towne considered all of the above livable. Apartment without floors for the greater part of a month. No proactive apartment status or construction communication so we’d scramble for Airbnb’s last minute week to week not knowing the completion status of apartment. Lastly, Pers

Roebling Row is a terrific apartment complex: very clean, plenty of room, updated appliances, gym, and attentive management. And, best of all, we are within walking distance of all major league and college sports, bars and restaurants. Even though I rated it a 5 star, they should be a 10 star, at least.
