Griffin did an amazing job showing us all the amenities and walking us through the different floor plans. He took the time to break down the costs clearly and helped us find the options that fit our needs best. We really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude throughout the process!

I was a little skeptical due to the amount of positive reviews, but Ashleigh really is fantastic. She hands down is the best person I have ever worked with when finding an apartment. I know I can reach out and she’s on it. (She really needs a raise for running this by herself. $$) I would stay here as long as she is running the property. The only down side is, construction is a little chaotic right now, some minor maintenance issues had to be handled on move in, and I do also wish there was more parking. But overall, I’m happy to live here. It’s beautiful. Cheers to you Ashleigh!!

I walked in to the Leasing Office with the wrong address looking for a different apartment complex. I was greeted by Griffin. I had no desire at that moment to explore this complex. About 20 minutes later, Griffin was walking me through their application and answering all the questions a first time renter would have. Great customer service.

Having lived here for almost a year, here’s the review I wish had existed before I moved in. The Pros: -Location (Close to downtown, Interstate, etc…) -The view (Depending on your specific apartment) -Open Concept living -Pet friendly (Some great neighbors with awesome pups) Somewhere between Pro/Con: Maintenance needs - Maintenance has been mostly prompt in addressing issues, but in the first two weeks of living here - we had to have wiring fixed in primary bedroom (guy said he wasn’t sure how it passed in the first place), shower stall replaced in primary bathroom, garbage disposal replaced, dishwasher line fixed because replacement garbage disposal not properly installed, no water for half a day because of drainage issues for the building, and a move in check-list of items that was ne

I am beyond furious with Elevation 800 Apartments and would not recommend this complex to anyone. After moving out, I was slapped with a $2400 bill to replace the floors, which is absolutely outrageous. The damage they’re claiming was not caused by me. When I moved in, I verbally informed management that the floors were disgustingly filthy, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it and cleaned them myself. It took three rounds of mopping to get them remotely clean. When I received the bill and questioned it, I knew they had move-out photos from the previous tenant. I asked them to review those photos to confirm the floors’ condition before I moved in, but they flat-out refused and proceeded to send the $2400 charge to collections.
