Orleans Development

Overall I’ve had a good experience with Orleans Development, the application and move-in process was pretty smooth, and the staff has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable time and communication has been solid. The property is kept in good shape and it’s been a comfortable place to live so far.

I’ve lived with Orleans for years and have loved it. Maitenance is the quickest I’ve ever had to respond- Elvis is wonderful. The property manager, Sabrina, is also super kind, responsive, and happy to work with you on things. My unit was great and very well priced for the uptick in rent in Covington since COVID- well maintained, cute, updated, and pet friendly. Overall, they have been the best property management I’ve had, and I have always highly recommended them to friends and others.

This is a great apartment complex that is in a wonderful area. There is always something to do, especially within walking distance. A quick walk and you are over the bridge with easy access to downtown Cincinnati! Covington Yard is one of the best places Covington has to offer(in my opinion) and it is a 30-second walk! Really enjoyed my time staying here! Maintenance is always very attentive as well as the property manager, Sabrina.

Sabrina and the team are very helpful in trying to fix problems that come up! Maintenance was always quick to come and fix any issue in my apartment and were very respectful! I had issues with Duke energy upon my move out and they helped resolve the issue 😊

*This review is not from the perspective of a resident, but from my experience with their leasing agent* Rachelle is awesome and goes above and beyond in the leasing process. She was super accommodating and let me tour various units at flexible times. I ended up going with a different property but I still really appreciated my experience working with Rachelle and would recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new home!
