CitiView - On The River

Jason is an outstanding property manager, responsive, timely, and attentive to the needs of residents. My move in went smoothly thanks to Jason. It is beautiful, and I wish I could live here longer than I am scheduled to stay.

Great experience living in CitiView! Very accommodating staff and everything is newly remodeled. The view from the community patio is amazing at night. Love watching all the traffic on the Ohio River. Would recommend, especially if you are moving from put of town and looking for a nice apartment to get settled in the city. Living on the water in Covington is great because you are across from Cincinnati but it has a smaller town feel.

Jason was incredibly responsive and supportive, and I fell in love with the unit the moment he gave me the tour. The highlight for me was the expansive balcony and patio—perfect for relaxing, hosting friends, or simply taking in the direct view of downtown Cincinnati. At night, the sparkling city lights reflect beautifully across the river, creating a truly stunning backdrop, indeed it is CitiView on the river. Inside, the living room is so spacious that I was able to set up my large workstation and still have plenty of room for furniture and gadgets. I couldn’t ask for more. Since we moved in, the only time we’ve needed to request maintenance was when the living room light didn’t seem bright enough. Living at Citiview has been the best, From the start Jason has been amazing he responds quickly and has made the move in experience just great. Living here has been the best experience me and my wife have had with a rental and the apartment it self is breath taking, the view we get is very beautiful we and even more stunning at night. All the appliances are up to date, we live on the top so we don’t hear much and the neighbors we have seen have been extremely nice. We truly look forward being here for years to come.

We moved in 2 months ago. And we absolutely love the apartment. Stunning views of the river and downtown Cincinnati. Jason, the property manager made the move-in process extremely easy. And has been very helpful with any questions we have had.
