Villages at Parktown

I reported a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink that caused standing dirty water, and it has now been over 24 hours with no response or maintenance visit. This is a sanitation issue that makes the sink unusable. The water has begun to smell very bad, and the odor is spreading throughout the apartment, making it difficult to ignore. While I understand delays can happen, essential maintenance issues like this should be addressed more promptly.

Touring and applying was such a breeze thanks to Dalia, she was extremely helpful! When we came to picking up our keys, Jilly was so sweet and informative as well as when I came to turn in my inventory form she was kind enough to go over it with me and make any maintenance request that were needed. So far our neighbors have been welcoming, and the apartment is great! We couldn't be happier!

New to the property, Phase II. It is very quiet and peaceful where we are. Neighbors are friendly. The dog park has zero light when daylight arrives. It feels like the darkest part of the property when we have to walk our dog at night. This could be changed, IMO.

Definitely move in here if you want roaches coming out of the new pre installed appliances they refuse to remove/replace. The pest control guy was great but even he was amazed they didnt want to remove the appliance to prevent further infestation.
