She took additional effort and time to make the closing process as convenient as possible for our busy schedules. She has extensive knowledge on questions asked during the signing process. The staff was very helpful/responsive in the weeks leading up to my closing date. Stacy Brown was not only very professional and knowledgeable, she was enthusiastic and friendly. Bad customer service, don't respond to emails, held my earnest money refund having to fight for it back and they keep giving horrible excuses that has nothing to do with me or my contract. Don't use this title company unprofessional.
