The Boulevard at Deer Park

I’ve been a resident of The Boulevard for some time now and I’ve never been happier. The property is well kept and the amenities are awesome. However the staff are what’s kept me here. Crystal is amazing. Her professionalism is second to none. Her compassion is a true class act. She goes out of her way to truly get to know her residents and she truly makes you feel like family, not just a resident. Anytime I contact her, I know she’s listening and she always follows through on her word. It’s easy to find an apt, but finding staff that make you feel welcomed is difficult.

So many reasons to give this community and staff 5 stars. The community is quiet, clean and well maintained. The staff always has great energy, very professional and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I highly recommend these apartments if you're searching for your next home.

Really a great group who have the ability to resolve any issue. Al is always available for even simple things like light bulb replacement or filters. The apartment and location is great. Office staff is outstanding also.

Our leasing agent, Korien, made it so easy to apply for our apartment. The office was so kind and helpful through the whole process. Waiting to hear back, we couldn’t be more excited. I hope we get to be apart of the team! ♥️

Ms Crystal, is the best. She works with you, and is great at communicating with you, and is very professional. She has done her best to respond to any questions or concerns, even after hours. She has always taken care of any issues I may have and always in a polite and nice manner. I have been happy live here and she makes it so much better.
