Park Town Homes

Friendly staff they have 2 sites to where there homes are located at. 1st one by the leasing office kept nice clean look like homes has playground but the 2nd location off center street doesn't. There is barley any grass it's all pavement the buildings don't even look like homes or apartments more like office buildings not even painted same color as the parktown location. Has no park no leasing office and is a 5minute drive from other location.

These town homes always had something or another that was broken and took so long to take care of it, we went almost a whole month in the middle of summer without AC. The worse part was when we finally were free of our lease and decided to move out they charged us over 2 months rent for "damages" that we were not notified before we left. The only way we found out was when they sent our "debt" to bill collection. This place is horrible.

Visiting a friend, get car towed, $300.00 visit. If you live here, don’t expect your friends to be able to come over.
