Glenwood Trails II

The manager/ lead of maintenance team or whatever he think he is ,is extremely unprofessional. Request are handled with bad attitude as if residents are an inconvenience for needing basic repairs . A maintenance “lead” should be professional and respectful when walking in to see what the repairs will be. We pay to live here and as a person who applied for a maintenance position shouldn’t come in with an attitude towards residents when working on a request.

Jose in the front has been professional, kind, and extremely responsive throughout the process. Every time I call, he answers. The call dropped once and he did return my call. He’s explained everything step by step along the way and was never frustrated by my “check ins”. He’s definitely an asset to Glenwood Trails and knowing he’s in the office I feel comfortable that any issues I have he will help to get them resolved. Definitely a great first impression. 10/10

Since New management came in Roxanne ( manager ) it has made a world of difference . She genuinely cares about the tenants and is very good at her job . Her kind and genuine heart makes such a difference and make living here enjoyable . She makes sure everything runs smoothly and that maintenance gets done timely . Jose is very kind also and also accessible when needed .

We have been here since the beginning. We really do love it. Roxanne is absolutely Amazing. She is truly a Blessing. 🩷🩷🩷We are so Thankful for her. It is a Beautiful place to live. Highly Recommend.

I've been a resident for a while, I feel safe/comfortable here with my son, and the office staff is on top of everything, they are on a roll. After I submitted a work order, they arrived at my door and resolved the issue in MINUTES. Roxanne is fantastic! She always listens carefully before responding and is always courteous. The maintenance crew is excellent!
