My apartment at Village Green in Fridley is great. The amenities have been updated and the people in the leasing office are great to deal with.
*edit to add* you say it is under control but from my understanding, it is not. It's been over a month and no one has checked my grandfather's floor or any of his friends on floor 2. Management is rarely in the office. It's disturbing that it's taking so long to resolve. Bed bugs currently infesting the building. No warning signs in the doors for visitors and they're not taking the residents much. My grandfather lives here. It was renovated by the new owners. They don't care about their handicap residents. Made the kitchen cupboards higher so those in wheelchairs can only use part of their shelving space. Management is almost never in the office. They took away the visitors parking. I'm here at a minimum twice a week to see my grandfather and i bring my children to see him. It's extremely

Great place to live. Maintenance is top notch. Tom has been here a long time and he makes this place feel like home.
Nice staff & maintenance! The apartments and townhomes are well designed and very comfortable!
