⭐️ One Star – If Zero Were Possible, I’d Give It Living at this property has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. There is virtually no property management presence. Emails go unanswered, the office is rarely staffed, and I have not seen a property manager on-site during my time living here. Two days before Christmas, I received a phone call from Josh threatening eviction over a very small past-due balance, even though I had already communicated with the leasing office about a job transition. I was explicitly told it was fine and that my account was noted. That kind of communication..especially during the holidays is unprofessional and unnecessary. I went to view a two bedroom and was told the process Of moving in would be paying for an application fee to determine whether we would get accepted or not and then we would pay $300 for them to hold the apartment. We paid the application fee just to be told there’s no more apartments available. I think it’s very unprofessional to have somebody pay an application fee knowing there’s a chance that you wouldn’t have an apartment available. Looks to me like you guys just wanted to come up on $50. The first apartment we viewed was trash, anyways the second one looked nicer. Should’ve listened to the reviews, ALWAYS Check the reviews people!

Edit: Maybe if your office is going to be closed due to a "company wide holiday", you shouldn't allow online scheduling for those days, or at least leave a note on the door explaining why the office is closed, because residents were also at the office expecting it to be open unaware of why it was closed. When I called your company as well they were unaware as to why the office was closed. It just looks very unprofessional on your part. I scheduled a showing and when i came the office was locked with the lights off. I called and couldnt even leave a message cause the vm box was full. I sent a message to ask if they could contact me to reschedule or tell me if they were just late or something and they never contacted me back even a few days later. Packages get stolen , the office never answer the phone maintenance is a joke things go months with being fix . Dog poop is every where . Loud fights not quite at all so secured entry
