I have had issue after issue with Cedar Management to the point whereby I am recommending the BOD to find an alternative Property Management company. I'm involved with 5 different Condos and Townhome Assocations and this is by far the worst.

This is a nightmare with this association. Snow removal is absurd the company just came during the night, snow plowed the main drive way and left without cleaning the spaces in front of the garage. This has happened all of this winter. I have had to clean my own driveway because like I said the Management hasn’t taken care of this issue and they continually increase the amount of the HOA every year.

Complete lack of service and responsibility. They don’t respond to emails for months, and it’s nearly impossible to reach them by phone – either no one answers or they transfer you from one “specialist” to another without any results. All issues remain unresolved. They ignore residents and violate their own rules, the very ones they refer to in their documents. It feels like their main goal is to collect money rather than fulfill their obligations. If you have a choice, stay away from this company!

This team manages an association townhouse and condo facility I live in. I notified them of exterior leaks through a door, wall, and a roof. They were notifed in writing 18 months ago, they start the work 6 months after being notifed of the issues - and still to this day - they have not completed the repairs. I have requested a schedule for the repairs and have not gotten one. After repeated emails to document all the issues with pictures and notes, I called the Cedar Management and the Property Manager said he was not responding to my emails because he does know a schedule, not sure when he would have one together. His positon is that I am not "out anything" - so speed of repairs does not seem to be his priority. They do not have the skill set to "project manage" repairs beyond one

I’ve been very disappointed with this HOA. During the winter, snow removal is poorly managed—driveways are often left in bad shape, and the plows have repeatedly damaged my front yard. Despite the high fees, the HOA provides little to no real value. It often feels like they’re more interested in collecting money than actually helping residents. Many neighbors have also shared negative experiences with Cedar Management, and I completely understand why. I truly love my home and the city, but the way this community is managed has made me seriously consider moving.
