The Cielo Apartments

If i could give a 0 i would. Tonight while leaving my building, I had to change directions because three homeless individuals were sleeping in the entryway. I called management to report it, and their response was to tell me to call the police. That is not the renter’s responsibility. You own the building and are responsible for security and tenant safety. Passing the problem off to residents is unacceptable. This is just one example of ongoing neglect. The property is consistently messy with garbage left around as well. Overall, the lack of management, cleanliness, and basic accountability is shocking. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else to live.

Living at Cielo has truly been a wonderful experience, and I want to share how impressed I’ve been with both the staff and the community here. From the very beginning, the communication from the leasing office has been outstanding. Samantha, Kara, and Madison are always professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. No matter how big or small the question, they reply quickly and with genuine care. It is clear that they love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat residents. Recently, I went through a very difficult situation where my entire unit flooded. What could have been a nightmare turned into an experience that showed me just how supportive and dedicated the Cielo team really is. Management refuses to take action about homeless individuals sleeping in the building. extreme amounts of trash, dog waste, and food left around the building and grounds. Do not live here

Best apartments I've lived in so far. Office was very easy to work with remotely during a move from Virginia to Minnesota. Being a pet friendly apartment, the cleaning staff does an amazing job keeping things tidy and the hallway carpets get cleaned regularly. Kara, Madison, and Samantha are always friendly and love giving our dog treats. The heated parking under the building is a luxury that stands out in the snowy winters. No apartment is perfect, but Cielo is definitely worth a tour to see if it's right for you 😊

I didn't think living here would be possible. I am not technology savvy. The office girls here, Samantha, Madison, and Kara, have been so patient with me returning time and time again for help filling out the forms to move. They could have told me to kick rocks, but they didn't. I don't think we would be here without their help. I am so thankful, and now living very comfortable with two of my loved ones. Thank you.
