Village Apartments

Lived here for 2 years in two different apartments and have never had any issues! When our AC went out, maintenance fixed it quickly and was very kind. The property manager is kind and very helpful. I always recommend Village Apartments to anyone who is looking for off-campus housing!

Took my $ after I confirmed the apt I wanted. Then rented it the very same day to someone else. Then denied me afterwards. 70$ later. Wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire.

I am on my second year. The apartments are definitely dated, but I have not had any problems. The staff is always friendly and professional. The price is good if you are on a limited budget (i.e a college student).

Wasn't aware that it cost $1.50 each for washer and dryer until after I signed my lease. Let me tell ya, laundry fee is a deal breaker for me. Otherwise it's a good place.

NEVER EVER LIVE HERE OR ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO. I lived here 4 years ago paid everything I needed to in order to move had an unexpected $200 dollar bill come 3 months after I moved. So I paid that in 2013. Now to my residence in Topeka on 3/28/16 I recieved the same bill in the mail and cannot get ahold of anyone to figure out why.
