Don’t ever rent from them they won’t ever help in your favor to get anything done asked multiple times to get outlets fixed and was told we had to wait till we moved out. When messaging Remax agent about concerns we either wouldn’t get a reply for hours, days, and most of the time no reply at all but then would say we wouldn’t communicate with her. Why would you if you never got a reply! Got charged a couple hundred for light bulbs, batteries, and a dryer cord that we left. Also asked for the frig that was leaving puddles to be fixed and was told “that’s just condensation” when voiced that no this is more than condensation they finally sent a handy man who just swept the dust out from under the frig and said it was resolved… there was a puddle again that night.

Remax has two of the best realtors in not just Emporia, but I am positive in the state of Kansas and even better - they are a team! Jessica and Austin Orton are fantastic realtors who go above and beyond to help you in every aspect of the buying and selling process. I have never had a realtor who has been so helpful, informative, and looking out for my/my families well being in purchasing or selling a home. They are honest with you the way that is needed when buying or selling a home. They have sold many homes; inexpensive to high dollar homes and they do an excellent job at any price range. Never rented from a place the blatantly disregards the concerns of their tenants, ignores messages, and the off chance there is a reply it is approached with an accusatory dismissive response. Don’t expect to be respected or even viewed by them other than a walking rent check. 0/10 don’t recommend.
