I rented an apartment through them a few years back. It was a nice starter place for my little family. Rent was affordable, nice apartment, and the folk who work there are friendly and helpful.

Terrible land lord, lived in a apartment on the third floor with no proper fire escape. As well as ton of cockroaches and bed bugs. It took eight months to get my stove replaced, when the shower was leaking into my neighbors apartment he refused to fix it. Ans expected me to pay to reimburse the stove and shower when i moved out. Wish i could give less than one star
