Nick Hurst was very helpful and kind. He got everything done quickly and got us in our apartment in a timely manner. Wish there was more managers like him.

After hearing how bad the company is I wasn’t expecting the treatment I got at all. Nick thoroughly explained to my friend and I every detail about the units we viewed in bluestem and also river view. His vibe is great and he makes the process so easy to go through. I will be recommending to friends.

I've always heard bad things about this apt complex. But my experience with Nick was great. He made sure everything went smooth. Yes he is new at the job, but he also wants to make sure he is getting everything right, and I appreciate that.

Nick was a huge help to get me moved in and start over fresh! Place is very clean and well taken care of! Very nice!!

DO NOT recommend at all. Staff is extremely rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. False report made to police about my spouse from office worker, spouse arrested on false claims, spouse came home and then died in apartment unattended and body sat for 3 days. I had to clean everything myself, and the smell was awful. All that was done from staff was prop front main door to building open so it could "air". Nobody was properly notified it was a covid-19 death. Precautions and safety for other tenants were completely disregarded. Nothing was ever fixed that needed to be. Ants and roaches were horrible, neighbors rude and disrespectful, harassing. Office won't return calls and don't expect to get deposit back no matter what.
