Simply put, Tenisha was phenomenal. We had a rather complicated and confusing closing process that lasted much longer than everyone hoped, but even through that she was communicative, professional, and all around great to talk to. I always felt like I was up to date on the situation no matter which unexpected turn it took and all documents were explained in detail via phone call.
