Manager Shelley is rude and accusing. The biggest problem is the maintenance man Zach. He acts very childish and will go in and out of your apartment like he lives there. The law is they have to give you 24 hours notice before entering. He will knock once, open the door and walk in before you even get a chance to answer it. He goes around looking for ways to cause trouble. It's nice to pay the lower cost of rent, but I wouldn't recommend living there because of the problems caused by the staff.

Apartments are townhouses or single bedrooms. Not handicap friendly. Public housing. Management not very friendly. Neighbors quiet. Nice playgrounds
