Villa Sierra Apartments

Great little apartment complex! Clean, quiet, safe, green, and most importantly—affordable! I’ve been living here for almost a month, and so far, no complaints (hopefully I don’t jinx it 😂). The units are bright, spacious, and very clean. Mine was nicely renovated with new flooring and fresh paint. Maintenance is extremely responsive, and the neighbors are respectful and kind. I haven’t encountered any issues with noise or suspicious activity. The grounds are lush and well cared for, with lots of flowers, picnic areas, walkways, and even a pool. The neighborhood feels safe and walkable. What’s especially nice is that the complex is close to many great stores like Target, Costco, and Walmart—making grocery shopping a breeze. I went for a tour today with my husband and daughter , Sabrina was a great help , she made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. The apartments look very nice and we hope to become apart of the community soon!

Our neighbor kept bugging us about our surround sound making noise/vibrations while her teen grand kids would fight like a couple of animals some days. Had to fix electrical issues myself. Had a REALLY BAD roach problem, mind you, NEVER had roaches before I lived here. Now, we can't EVER get rid of the damn things at our new place. They racked up a nice 500 dollar bill for us after we had a hardship and forced to move out whilst taking our $1,200 deposit like it was nothing@all! Heartless People!!!! We asked for our blinds to be replaced & was told we wouldn't be charged the first time. They never got replaced and well we got charged for it and a carpet analysis & deep cleaning after all was said and done. WHAT? This place is nice and peaceful. Manager is really nice to. They are there to help when you need it. I was in the studio and it's a comfortable open floor plan.Perfect if you don't need a real big area to live in.
