Do not live here. It may be cheap, but you get what you paid for... Pests, bad management, poor maintenance practices. Outdated and falling apart. If I could rate it at 0 stars I would. Had lived without AC during the hottest parts of the year as a person with a pet and a health condition. Rats, Bugs, stray cats everywhere so there was fleas. Outside often smelled of sewage or urine.

Worse place to live , stayed here for 2 years. Never live here. If you’re a day or 2 late they’ll sue you & take you to court & add late fees. & lie to the judge just to win a court case. Make sure they hand you the documents in you’re hand ,or tape it to you’re door. Or place in mail box, & they do not care about you’re private property, or Public Safety, watch you’re vehicle there,The landlord/Manager doesn’t care , he will sue everyone to evict. Heads up community. The owner doesn’t respect Right to Privacy. If you call the police they will retaliate against you. I reported them to BBB & they retaliated by kicking me out. Be aware.

These are some of the shittiest apartments I've ever seen. This picture is NOT accurate. They don't have numbers on the buildings. They don't even have the addresses on the signs. Very limited parking if you want to visit. There are 3 separate buildings with 3 different addresses and they look all the same but because there's no addresses on the signs and how to find a specific apartment you drive around and around until the person comes and gets you. I'll do an update with a photo when I get the chance.

Horrible living conditions. Air conditioner does not work and it's 80 degrees inside the apartment most of the day.

Visited property … Absolute dump.... Roachez, . One lady was upset because her a/c was still out,… apartment doors were open with flooding and fowl odors.. , pool was green, list goes on. And they are asking for market rates on rentals. Just unreal…. Nothing seemed up to code.
