Verve New Brunswick

I’ve lived at the verve for the past two years now and they have made the experience very enjoyable. My older sister also lived at the verve when she went to Rutgers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I have met so many new friends at the verve and can’t wait to continue living here! It has really shaped my college experience in the most positive way!

I lived at The Verve in New Brunswick while subleasing for my summer internship, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged for damages that were already there before I moved in, despite clearly inheriting them from the previous resident. Management seemed determined to find any excuse to add extra charges instead of addressing the issue fairly. On top of that, I was left responsible for cleaning and removing belongings left behind by previous roommates who had already moved out. The policies and the way these situations are handled feel very one-sided and unfair to tenants, especially subleasers. I would strongly recommend documenting everything if you choose to live here, and proceed with caution.

I’m a senior at Rutgers-University who’s tried out different types of housing prior to living at the Verve and can safely say, without a shadow of a doubt, that the Verve is the best off-campus student-housing option. Move-in was seamless, the staff are cooperative and welcoming, and the amenities are unmatched. I thoroughly appreciate the spaciousness of the apartment my friends and I currently live in (5 singles, 3 bathrooms), and just how willing the complex is in aiding us with any maintenance issues or requests. Everything is incredibly straightforward and any problems that have came up have instantly been resolved with patience and genuine enthusiasm to help! I cannot speak higher about The Verve. It is absolutely the best apartment you can get as a student living off-campus in size,

The Verve is the best place to live on campus!! The staff is so nice and super helpful, and there are so many great amenities such as free spray tans! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else🥰

As a parent, I couldn't be more pleased with Verve. The 24-hour security provides immense peace of mind, knowing my kids are safe and secure. The management team is always accessible and accommodating, promptly addressing any concerns, which there are few to none. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment. I also appreciate the community events they host—like bagel days, pizza days, and various contests—which add a fun and engaging aspect to student life. It's evident that Verve truly cares about its residents. I highly recommend it as an ideal place for college students to live.
