10 Landing Lane

I lived at 10 Landing Lane for almost 9 years and truly enjoyed my experience. The maintenance staff is superb, and Gilberto and Derrick always assisted me promptly with whatever I needed done in my apartment. They even made themselves available on weekends and after hours if necessary. As for management, Olivia C. Is the absolute best! She always responded quickly to my calls and emails, and she went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, and that I was comfortable as a tenant. The building itself is well-kept and is in an ideal location given its proximity to two parks and Route 18. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at 10 Landing Lane and would definitely move back there in the future. Tanya

I highly recommend this apartment complex. I lived here for 3 years and it really felt like home! The management and maintenance team are responsive and caring. The apartments are well-maintained, spacious, luminous, quiet and have great views of the surrounding forest/greenery. The location of the building is ideal, as it is well-connected to New Brunswick but secluded enough (on an ascent) to be protected from the bustle of the city. The property feels safe and parking is ample on the outside lot. The building is located next to two large parks and a beautiful trail by the D&R canal.

The noise from the trash man at 4 am would be the only issue I have having a loud boom come through your window that early wakes you with your heart racing

10 landing ln is a wonderful place to live. The location is great. Everytime I’ve had a maintenance issue the property manager, Olivia and her team are always quick to respond. Olivia truly cares about this property and her tenants. She knows each and every one of us by name, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is comfortable and happy, and that the building is safe and secure place we can call home.

My wife and I lived there for 3 years and had little to no problems. The apartments are nicely sized, and the conditions are generally calm. When it snows the maintenance staff, who are very friendly, do an excellent job. When we moved out, we basically got our whole security deposit back, even though there was wear and tear from our having lived there for 3 years. Overall a great experience that I find myself missing.
