I arrived at Raritan Crossing in April of this year, and it has undoubtedly been a very pleasant and satisfying experience. The community is excellent and a quiet area for family living. Beautiful green areas, along with the gym and pool, are plenty to enjoy, and the rent is very good. The staff is very friendly, dedicated, and responsive, specially Irina is amazing. I can only say good things about this place; I love living here.

Living at Raritan Crossing has been an outstanding experience! From the moment I toured the property years ago, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. Katelyn Jones, the Property Manager, is professional, attentive, and always ensures everything runs smoothly. Jewel Beddia, the Assistant Property Manager, is equally amazing—super friendly and quick to assist with any concerns. And Irina Lopez, the Leasing Agent, has helped out so much with any questions that she can answer best to her knowledge. The apartment itself is clean, and very comfortable. The community is quiet and well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff really go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. After a long search online for a place to rent found Raritan Crossing, after visiting and meeting with the administration stopped looking because this is a place that I can call it home. I love that it’s well maintained, quiet and a gated community, the service is exceptional, and the management team is always helpful and professional. If you want to know more about it get in touch with Jewels in the administration office, she is outstanding, her attention and professionalism makes a huge difference. This is truly an excellent place to live.

I’ve had a good experience living here. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Maintenance usually responds pretty fast, and the staff has been helpful when I’ve needed anything. No place is perfect, but this has been a good home.

I have lived here for about 2 months now and the management has been really friendly and welcoming! I haven’t had any problems with anything when it came to issues or concerns and their communication is top tier. Irina is amazing and she’s the person you definitely want to go to if there’s anything at all. I can genuinely say that I have no complaints at all and I would definitely and already recommended this place to anyone, especially if it’s your first time renting an apartment like me.
