Pulse Homes brings new construction townhomes to a prime location near Rutgers in New Brunswick! I recently visited Scarlet Place with my agent ANUPALI SHAH and met Michael from Pulte Homes. He was incredibly helpful and gave us a great overview of all the models they have to offer. We were particularly impressed with the Greenwich and Murray townhomes, which offer plenty of space and modern finishes. Michael also showed us all three model homes, which was really helpful in making our decision about buying here. We had an appointment with Michael Robinson to tour Scarlet Place. He gave us a ton of his time and explained the whole buying process in detail. We got to see each model home and learned a lot. Meeting with him was a pleasure and an overall fun experience.

Extremely disappointed with service I received when visiting pulte homes. I called in advance made an appointment and was told I wouldn’t be able to see anything if I walk in. After getting there during my appointment time I was standing waiting for 20 mins then the agent showed up to give me the brochure and walk around the models by myself and was told when I get back we can discuss more about the options. I got back waited another 20 mins without any update at which point I decided to walk out. Complete waste of time and inconsiderate about other people time as well.

Our unit is wonderful. The downsize is worth the effort. Getting rid of stuff is freeing!
