Premier Properties of New Brunswick: Rutgers Off Campus Housing

Absolutely amazing apartment as well as staff. As quiet as an apartment right near College Avenue can be, other residents are very respectful and kind. Very clean as well, and snow is taken care of very efficiently during snow storm season. Owners are exceptional. Recently went through a new diagnosis and they have been extremely accommodating and quick to reply. Communication is amazing.

Hi! I have loved living here at premier properties so far for my senior year of college! I previously lived in an off campus house but I prefer my premier properties apartment because it is a lot easier to manage being a full time student athlete. My roommate and I have much more space and the kitchen is huge! The staff are wonderful and went out of their way to help us in our transition of moving out of our old house and into our apartment, after we had a week-long gap between the end of our house lease and the start of our apartment lease. I would recommend these apartments to anyone because I feel safe living here as it is very quiet and in a convenient location. They are also very on top of shoveling the steps and sidewalk around the building when it snows so ice doesn’t form.

I live here right now and the apartment is great! The unit is very spacious with a big kitchen and big rooms. The staff is very nice and thoughtful and immediately addresses any complaints. I plan to renew the place for next year as I have had no troubles! Bookend is the perfect location for Rutgers students and very modern looking!

I love living at Premier Properties! The apartment is clean, spacious, and in a great location right off of the Rutgers New Brunswick College Ave campus. There’s also endless places to eat within walking distance of the residency, and many fun perks that come along with living here. It was truly a no-brainer compared to other apartments in the area.

living here as a student of rutgers university, this has been one of the best places i have lived off campus so far. rooms and common areas are very spacious and in good shape. not far of a walk to rutgers amenities such as the bus stop. best part is being able to have parking located directly under the building.
