Mr. Dragomir is truly an exceptional professional and a wonderful person. He carries out his responsibilities with the highest level of professionalism, always being punctual, reliable, and attentive to every detail. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents and the condition of the building. Recently, my apartment experienced a flood due to a pipe leak, which was an extremely stressful situation for my wife and me. However, thanks to Mr. Dragomir and his team, what could have been a very difficult and prolonged experience was handled with incredible efficiency and care. They worked above and beyond to rest

I’ve had a great experience living in this building. It’s a beautiful luxury property that is well maintained and offers a very comfortable living environment. A special shoutout to Sean at the concierge desk, who is always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Also, Eduardo from the maintenance team does a fantastic job—he is quick to respond, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. The staff truly make a difference here and help create a great community atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live.

Ive lived in Luxury Apartments for over 15 years now, and the bar that Vermella set is unreal. The amenties are incredible, especially if your a young entrepreneur who likes to connect, there is conference room, podcast room, golf simulator, a gym that feels like your in lifetime fitness, even a kids room if you have little ones. Taylor is the one that helped me. She was great. Extremely responsive through phone or emails during my process of choosing which apartment is best suited for me.
