It has been a very pleasant experience living in this property so far. The community is well maintained, and everything is handled efficiently. I especially want to give a big shout-out to JoJo, the Resident Specialist, who truly makes a difference here. From the very first day I moved in, she has been my savior. She ensures everything is up to par and gets things done incredibly quickly. Her support, professionalism, and dedication make living here even better. I genuinely appreciate all that she does!

I recently moved into The Edge at Raritan Heights about two weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The apartments truly feel luxurious — everything is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It’s exactly the kind of place you look forward to coming home to every day. The staff deserves a special shout-out as well. Cristina was extremely helpful, and she went above and beyond to work with my busy schedule. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever I had a question. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free.

Cristina, Summer, Josette, Melanie, Mario have been so welcoming and kind as I acclimated myself. The property is always clean and safe. The responses to emails are immediate. The entire vibe of living here is wonderful as everyone who lives here is friendly. It is so nice to have such pleasant neighbors in this community.
