Verdant Apartments

I had a wonderful experience touring the apartment today—special thanks to Karli! I accidentally took the wrong exit on I-5 and arrived about 20 minutes late, but she waited patiently and provided detailed parking instructions. I was touring multiple 1-bedroom units, and Karli thoughtfully organized a very efficient route. She patiently showed me all the units I was interested in and also gave a thorough tour of the amenities. The building is very new, with modern appliances, beautiful wood flooring throughout, and incredibly spacious club rooms, gym, and courtyards. The neighborhood also feels very safe. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate Karli’s professionalism and kindness.

Moved in February and it’s been a great experience so far. They keep the building clean and management is easy to communicate with and responsive. Great location with the light rail a few minutes walk away. Great views from the rooftop decks. And Jadae was very helpful with our application process and move in!

Jadae was awesome and gave us a tour of the entire property and so many different unit options! The apartments, though aren’t open for move-in yet, look very promising. Loved the library and lounge spaces!

I had a wonderful experience touring the Verdant apartments. One of the managers, Carlos G., was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire visit. He has great knowledge about the facility and community living, which made everything easy to understand. His gentle manner and approachable personality made him very easy to talk to, and he was genuinely willing to help with any questions I had. I truly enjoyed taking the tour with Carlos — he made the whole experience positive and comfortable. Highly recommend!
