Quinn by Vintage is horrible, the staff are petty, rude, officious and incompetent. The place is always DISGUSTING with trash everywhere, animal waste, alcohol and drug paraphernalia and even dead animals and occasionally, dead people! I’ve seen TWO people shot on their premises now. The staff doesn’t care and is actively hostile. If you’re looking for a place to live in North City or Shoreline, look elsewhere. There are lots of great places, Quinn however, isn’t one of them.

While I generally enjoy living here, there has been a quantifiable decline in community standards following Shelby’s departure. It is becoming increasingly evident that the current leadership lacks the professional caliber required to maintain this property. -Leadership & Professionalism It is disheartening to witness the disparity in service within your team. While staff members like Shalicia and the maintenance lead consistently provide attentive, high-quality service, their efforts are undermined by the Community Director, Holly. • Internal Conduct: I, along with several neighbors, have observed Holly’s treatment of her staff and maintenance crew. Her passive-aggressive demeanor and unprofessionalism toward her own team are not only palpable but create a toxic atmosphere that trickles d

Extremely Unprofessional and Negligent — Avoid if You Can I had a very frustrating experience with the leasing office at Quinn by Vintage. We submitted all required documents and paid the application fee expecting timely processing, but our emails were ignored for over a week and phone calls were never answered. I followed up multiple times with no response. When we finally went in person, they said they hadn’t even checked their inbox. After making us wait for nearly two months, they claimed we were missing documents—something that could have been resolved Easley I visited the office several times, but the staff were not welcoming or professional at all.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now, and I have nothing to say besides that I have been disappointed time and time again. Maintenance is practically nonexistent. They take months to acknowledge significant problems for tenants (such as holes in the stairwell walls or trash being thrown in stairwells). The fire alarm situation is beyond ridiculous. The building's fire alarm goes off randomly — sometimes multiple times a month — with no fire, no smoke, and no explanation. Sometimes it’s in the middle of the night, forcing everyone outside for ~30 minutes in the cold/rain while the fire department eventually shows up to reset it. The amount of times I’ve been waken up for no reason is absolutely unacceptable. Package theft is completely out of control. Almost every resident has had multiple pa

Management has been extremely disappointing. Over the past year, multiple changes in management have made living here more stressful, not less. While the front desk staff are polite and helpful, the management team often shows a lack of respect and support for residents, makes assumptions instead of understanding individual situations, and sometimes provides inaccurate information about residents’ rights. For example, during our recertification, manager Holly Brown told my family we had to move out in front of our two children. This was unnecessary, stressful, and completely disrespectful. Residents deserve fair, lawful, and respectful treatment, which we did not receive, and it’s disheartening to see management creating hardship instead of support.
