Griffis Shoreline

I had a fantastic experience touring Griffis Shoreline with Juna! She didn't just show me floor plans; she really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. Her energy is amazing and she made the whole process feel like a breeze. The community is incredibly pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me as a dog owner. The location is also perfect for golfers. it’s right by the Seattle Golf Club, within walking distance to Safeway, and surrounded by tons of great local restaurants. If you’re looking for a new place, definitely go see Juna!

This place was good probably the best one we’ve seen in awhile. Came to see it with my brother and never really seen him like a place this much and it’s my first apartment. Leasing staff was nice, I think her name was Juna Like June but yeah cool amenities and it’s nice that they have an EV charger because charging would be more accessible here for my car. Nice plus for me when she mentioned all the amenities. She showed us the gym which I’m a huge fan of, they have nice selection of equipments and I think I can workout here if I’m unable to go to the gym some days. I think Juna sold me with the EV and the gym honestly and my brother loved it too.

First of all, I just want to say both Tracy and Juna are very welcoming and a joy to work with! I can’t say enough good things about my experience applying for this apartment, all thanks to the both of them. Tracy went above and beyond in every way. She took the time to tour all of the available units I was interested in and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She even helped me think through the layout so I could create a living space that fits my needs. On top of that, she walked me through the paperwork and made everything flow with ease. Juna was just as wonderful. I was honestly pretty stressed about my parking situation but she quickly stepped in and found a solution. She was also very thorough with the rest of the process which made every step feel straightforward and easy. I

I recently had a very frustrating experience with this apartment community, mainly due to the change in management. Before the transition, I had agreed on specific lease conditions with the previous management team. However, once the new management took over, those agreed-upon terms were not honored, which created unnecessary stress and confusion during what should have been a straightforward lease signing process. Because of this, I requested a refund of the money I had already paid. They did agree to issue the refund, but the process that followed was extremely disappointing. Communication was practically nonexistent. My emails went unanswered for three weeks. There were no updates, no acknowledgment, and no effort to keep me informed. Touring the place was a great experience. The community areas were pretty clean. Tracy was wonderful which I'm grateful for because apartment hunting can be extremely stressful. She was super chipper and thourough. Probed by asking questions to make sure my needs were met
