Alta Norra

The location of Alta Norra is super convenient, it’s walking distance from safeway grocery and tons of family friendly places to eat, that are really good! Moving in was also super smooth thanks to George, Payton and Jalen! Moving is such a hassle but the team at this property made sure they were there to help! Thank you guys! I’m really excited to live at Alta Norra and hope to stay settled here for a while!

Alta Norra is such a beautiful and conveniently located property. I am super excited that it’s a few minute walk to the light rail station so I can visit downtown without the hassle of traffic! It’s also located right next to Costco and Safeway is walking distance from the property! The whole move in process was also super easy and the team here is super helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their residents. I plan to stay at Alta Norra for awhile!

Very thankful and proud to call Alta Norra home. George and Jalen have been amazing from the start! Starting with a friendly and informative tour of the beautiful building, they really listened to what I was looking for and I felt very welcomed. Their communication is always timely and professional, answering any questions thoroughly. The application process was relatively simple and quick. On moving day, there was another young lady who assisted me, and the good vibes were still consistent. I really appreciate the staff here, and an extra thank you to George who has gone above and beyond to make this feel like home. (Just one example, helping me move a really large box to my unit!) My experience with alta norra was really pleasant, during the whole process they were very helpful and fast to respond. The move in procedure was straight foward and they notified me on all the things I should know pre move in. Payton had answers to all my questions and gave a amazing tour, Jalen was quick on my application and making sure i had the appropriate information. I looked around at mutiple different apartments before finally commiting to this one and im glad I made the right choice.

I loved my tour of Alta Nora, it’s exactly what North City needed. I’m a gym enthusiast, and the gym has everything you could ask for- I honestly think I’ll cancel my membership! My tour was with Jalen who answered all my questions, and I met the property manager George who made me feel welcomed. I can’t wait to move in! Can’t thank you guys enough!
