I stayed over one morning while my friend got ready for work. Her daughter had already left for daycare, and the apartment was peaceful. I was sitting quietly scrolling on my phone when the upstairs neighbor began banging on the ceiling. As an outside observer, it was clear the noise was not caused by anything happening in the apartment. My friend explained that this has been an ongoing issue and that management is already involved. I’m glad the management team is handling it because aside from this situation, the building is amazing, well-kept, and has a very supportive staff.

First of I would like to mention that I do not live in these apartments however my sister lives there, first time I came to visit her I was so amazed at how nice the management team was especially Noah and Malia, and how nice everything looks I considered moving here. However, After an hour of being there her neighbor upstairs started banging on her floor aka my sister's ceiling which is something I never experiance before. Normally it's the people downstairs that would complain lol. She did the same thing on the 10th and I don't understand why anyone would like to live like that. Either way these apartments are beautiful, spacious with new amenities and the they have a great management team. Can't wait to move here!!

My experience here has been great. The apartment and community are well kept, and the leasing process was smooth from start to finish. Shan was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, patient, and always clear with instructions. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything feel easy and comfortable.

I enjoy living here — the apartments are spacious and well-finished, with washer/dryer and balconies in my unit. The courtyard and outdoor spaces are lovely, and it’s a great place if you like being close to trails, parks, and shopping. The leasing team and maintenance staff seem friendly and do what they can.

I came by to help my friend briefly with carrying groceries into her apartment. We were in and out within minutes and were mindful of being quiet. Almost immediately after entering the unit, the upstairs neighbor began banging on the floor. The reaction felt excessive given how minimal the activity was. There was no loud noise, no child present, and no reason for such behavior. It was concerning to witness, but reassuring to know that management is actively addressing the issue. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff has been attentive and professional.
