This has by far been the best apartment I have ever stay at during my 5 years renting in Seattle. This is my third apartment and am coming up on one year residency with plans to extend my lease. The units are very nice, comfy, and quiet. I sometimes forget I live in an apartment because I hardly hear my neighbors or hallway activity. Very well insulated. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. They are helpful, accommodating, and responsive. It is clear they care about the safety and wellbeing of all tenants through how they take care of the building and expectations for resident behavior. We have been living at The Artiste for our first month, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always responds to our requests very quickly, which makes us feel well cared for. Before we moved in, the apartment was renovated, and the quality of the work was excellent and very professional. The rooms have beautiful large windows that fill the space with natural light, making the apartment feel bright and welcoming. The air conditioning system keeps the temperature perfectly comfortable at all times. We also greatly appreciate the secured underground parking, which gives us a strong sense of safety. I have been in the Artiste for about 1 year, and this is a great apartment in the Shoreline area. Location-wise it's super close to Costco and other grocery stores, and also close to the major highways. The apartment is also quite new, and I like its elevators for both daily usage or house moving. Facilities are also with good quality. In particular, I want to thank the manager Jack, maintenance staff Alex and the front-desk staff Isabella. They are all wonderful people. They address your requests/concerns timely and responsibly. During my move-in and move-out, they handled all things/processes with care and enough transparency. The way they handle things are quite impressive to me. After being a travel nurse and living pretty much coast to coast I have lived in a multitude of apartments but the Artiste is something else, and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have found my forever home as long as I am living in Seattle, I can't see myself living anywhere else! The apartments are spacious, quiet, well built, and have everything you would possibly need and have great upgraded furnishings. The building management is top notch and do whatever they can to make your home perfect for you. I have had nothing but the best experience with the building management team, when it comes to work orders they are completed in 48 hours or less, usually within 24 hours. They know me by name and the small touches that The Artiste does are truly what make me love this building.

I lived here from 04/21-06/23. Overall it was amazing to live here. The management is incredible, probably the best apartment management I’ve had in my life. Evan is great and Alex the maintenance guy is the beast. Always super helpful, any my questions or concerns they fixed in timely manner. Apartment is clean and in a good shape. I loved huge storage unit only for $30 a month. They have carts to carry heavy stuff available anytime. This was very helpful and unusual for other places I’ve lived before. Highly recommend to rent here!
