Venture at Lake Julian

After my first week being here at venture, I can say I have zero complaints. The complex and area surrounding it are beautiful! The units are modern and the amenities make it stand out. Rod and Meaghen went above and beyond to make my whole move in process fast and smooth. I can't state any more how amazing those two are at what they do.

I have not renter here (yet!) so I can’t speak directly to living in the units, but from the tour it seems like a great place to live! The highlight is Meaghen. She was fantastic and was professional, kind, funny, and honestly made the whole tour for us. The location of the property is great and near a ton of things (including Lake Julian in your backyard of course). The units are very modern, nice, and have a lot of great benefits, albeit they are a bit small for the price. The complex amenities are also great with a nice gym, a lounge with a pool table (and a reservable lounge!), a heated pool, and plenty of space viewing the lake. We also met the maintenance leader (So sorry if I got the name wrong but Steve I believe?) who was also funny and kind. The property location is great, units

I recently visited the property and was very impressed! Meaghan was our host, and she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable — she made the whole visit feel effortless and enjoyable. The property itself looks beautiful — well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it left a great impression. Highly recommend checking it out!

Recently toured this apartment complex and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering moving here. First off, Meaghan was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make the tour a positive experience. She was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, the apartment itself didn’t live up to the great service we received. The amenities felt underwhelming for the price point. The clubhouse was quite basic, and the gym was small with only a few machines and limited space — plus, it didn’t have much of a view. While the apartments are new, there’s still ongoing construction, and the overall atmosphere felt quiet and unfinished. We barely saw any activity or staff around besides Meaghan. Leaving a neutral rating pending update. Applied for an apartment and paid the $325 in app fees. During the approval process I was told it was an income restricted apartment and I made to much. Did not realize this when applying and nothing stated said it was income restricted otherwise I would not have applied and spent $325 on fees. I have asked for a refund considering the miscommunication. I will update this review pending outcome. ****Update**** After about 4-6 weeks I finally received a refund. Only got $250 of the $325. The Mgr was quick to respond to this matter even though I would not be a resident.
