The Aventine Asheville

I have lived here for over a year now. Very convenient location, not far from downtown, and not a long drive to other nice spots. Close to the blue ridge parkway. The facilities are nice also. The common areas are well maintained and comfortable. The pool with grilling areas, out door TV's for football get togethers. And can't forget about the fire pits. Two dog parks and plenty of places to walk. The staff Genie, Ed, and Jade are amazing and helpful. Definitely one of the perfect appointments to live at.

So glad to have found this place! The move in process from another state was relatively easy…and the management, especially Genie, was so helpful and friendly. My dog is very shy around most people, but he immediately loved her and ate treats out of her hand. Even on a gray winter day I thought this apartment complex was quite beautiful. Cant wait to see it in Spring. Great centralized location. Very pet friendly. Unit was spacious and loved the large tub.

Very nice pool, gym, clubhouse, etc. + parking is never an issue. Clean, and made to feel like a vacation resort. Ed has been super helpful and will walk you through any issues you might come across. Definitely takes a lot of stress off you when you’re in the process of moving in. Can’t thank the Aventine team enough for making my time here great.

I moved into the Aventine on October 1. The leasing manager Ed could not have been more helpful and positive. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. Super dog friendly. Great workout space and business center. Super happy with everything!

My wife and I are considering making a move to the area and had an opportunity to visit this property while in the area. We loved this property! The apartments themselves are fantastic. The layouts are spacious and modern, the views from the balconies are breathtaking. The amenities were an added bonus. At times it felt we were touring a 5 star resort rather than an apartment complex. I don't know, maybe that had something to do with Ed 😊I can't say enough. He was very kind, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area. When we're ready to make the move, Ed will be our first call.
