IPM Corporation

I sit on our HOA board and we recently have become self-governed. We chose IPM because of their deep bench, grizzled experience, and their ability to help us manage our move to self-governance. The early stages of our transition had its "challenges" and the IPM experience was lacking. IPM then assigned Rebecca Schulz as our property manager. She has been awesome. She is leveraging her years of experience to our benefit. She is responsive to our issues, solves problems, meets deadlines, and is very pro-active in helping us plan for our future needs. This week we are dealing with the big ice storm. As Rebecca was onsite with me last week she was very familiar with our topography and the problems we would face recovering from the ice. She proactively reached out several times over the weekend

I had a frozen pipe with a flood in the bedroom and livingroom, discovered of course after hours. When I turned off the water I also had to turn off the heating system, as it depends on water to function. Amanda at IPM was on call and was amazing. She lined up a plumber and would check often to see if they had arrived. After a few hours we became concerned ( and cold) so she found another company to come within 20 minutes. Also great follow up. I felt so taken care of. Thank you Amanda! You rock!

As a larger management company, they offer more resources and built-in checks and balances than smaller firms, which has been a real benefit for our association. From a treasurer’s perspective, their financial systems, reporting, and internal controls provide confidence and make the role much easier.
