Burton Hills

Lived here for the last year and it has been my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in! So spacious, beautifully made, and truly felt like a home. We had the most gorgeous view from our apartment. In the fall/winter, you can even get free hot chocolate from the office, sit at the fire pit, and watch the sunset/planes take off over the mountain range. Carol and Ingrid (management) are wonderful and genuinely welcoming. Andy and Myron (maintenance team) are very helpful and responsive. We lived here during the hurricane and everything was handled very well considering. If I could take this apartment and transport it to the next city I live in, I would! Highly recommend living here.

Live here for over 4 years now . I have a peaceful living and safe for a lady living by herself. Its convenient for pretty much everything you can think of. Thats including interstate I-26. The management are good. They will help you and i ask for some discount last year rent they reply for a yes answer. This year i was planning to move when my lease is over in 2 months and try to look around cheaper and compare prices and location there are a lot of new 1 in the area but to compare them all i still want to stay where i am as much as i can afford the rent for right night now. I had the best living condition in burton hills. My neighbors are good they walk their dog in the morning most of them said hi and hello. Ingrid has been amazing before move in & after! She is super sweet & understanding. If you are looking to consult, she’s your girl! The whole office has been very helpful & accommodating. Location is awesome & close to everything you can need. Maintenance team is amazing as well! It’s a good place to live & very safe.

Living in this apartment complex for the past year or so has been an incredible experience. From the well-maintained grounds to the thoughtful amenities, everything has contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. The management team has been responsive and attentive, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly. The community itself is welcoming, creating a sense of home rather than just a place to live. The location is convenient, making daily life easier with access to everything needed nearby. Whether it’s relaxing in peaceful surroundings or taking advantage of the modern features, this complex has consistently provided a high quality of living. It’s been a great place to call home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a great living experience.

Unfortunately, the courtyard seems to attract a steady flow of questionable characters, and for families with children, it’s especially concerning — dozens of cars regularly speed through the complex at around 40 mph just to avoid traffic. On top of that, towing enforcement appears misdirected: residents’ vehicles are being towed, while cars taking up two parking spaces are often left untouched. Hardly a safe, fair, or well-managed environment.
