We solicited quotes from several different contractors for our project, and Souza homes offered a fair price and the best communication (which was important to us). They checked in frequently, and were on the jobsite almost every day along with their subs. Super happy with the project and even happier with our interactions. Would highly recommend.

Our landlord has used Souza contractors in the past for remodeling, so post-Helene he hired them to fix up our rental house. These guys are excellent! Very friendly, efficient and a one stop shop. I was highly impressed with how they mobilized and worked as a team to complete our damaged home. We're back to normal (better than actually).

They treat you like family. I never had a builder so easy to deal with.The house comes with so many amenities. My garage does not get below 48 degrees. Does that tell you how well built they are. After moving in, I realized that here were serious problems with the plumbing and foundation. I repeatedly contacted them about it, but they decided to do nothing. Eventually, I had to make a formal complaint with the Buncombe County Building Inspector's Office and they made RS Construction bring the plumbing and foundation up to minimum code.
