Property manager Michelle is heaven sent! She’s one of the main reasons I chose this particular place to live. Our move in was simple and expeditious. There was one small hiccup during our move-in process and because of the Michelle and staff, it was rectified immediately. Very quiet neighborhood and the property grounds are well maintained! So far so great. 10/10

My family and I have lived at Ventana for 5 years now. This community feels like a little oasis! I feel safe here. My neighbors are friendly and they really make the community feel like home for us. We've always had our maintenance issues tended to in a timely manner. They're kind and trustworthy. I am someone who is very thorough. I ask a LOT of questions! I’ve lived at Ventana Apartments since 11/2021, and I’ve seen a the most positive transformation since Diana started in November 2024. Trust me we have been through A LOT of management transitions. The community feels so much more organized, responsive, and genuinely cared for. The positive changes are clear across the board, from the way the property is managed to the attention residents receive. I also want to really highlight Giselle, who has been absolutely amazing in every role she’s held within the management team over the years. My time at the Ventana Apartments has been enjoyable. The workers in the office are always cordial welcoming and very helpful. Diana and Giselle have assisted us and been very professional in all aspects of running the property. I appreciate their ability to show empathy and they are very understanding.
