Mosaic Apartments

Made up false charges in order to take all of our deposit away from use and never actually did the work to fix everything. When we moved in the place had multiple existing issues: bath tub, paint, garbage disposal, never changed A/C Filter, 3 water leaks from upstairs down into our bathroom, broken hooks in ceiling, etc. Besides the disposal and the water leaks (missed half a day of work for one), they never fixed any of it and told us it was “move in ready.” Then when we move out I get a list of everything itemized that they supposedly had to fix with it. They even charged us for the one time use parking stickers (2) $20. And I guarantee you they haven’t actually fixed all of it they just wanted to bring our total down to zero return and have the audacity to charge for the last months uti

I applied at the beginning of June with my family member we had submitted all the information we needed to and when I called and emailed it took them 3 days to even call back or even just answer their phone and I understand they have in person clients but it’s shouldn’t take that long for a simple response to make sure everything went through. When they finally responded they kept telling me something is missing from my documents and when I get it to them they say something else is missing and it kept going which is very mis leading and I felt led on. When I talked to the manager they told me to get a co-signer, I did and somehow it was something else missing. My family and I moved here about 4 months ago and the whole team has been awesome. The service and attention to detail is excellent. Everyone from the office to the service repair crew. They are truth and complete package. From day one they have helped us make our experience living here perfect. Always very professional and courteous and ready to help. Where most places wouldn't take the time to help if it took too much of their time. This team really went above and beyond to help my family. Thank you Mosaic team, keep up the great work!

We thank you for the help and the assistance in our overall stay here in Mosaic. It has been more than 2 years that we are here and we have never experience difficulties with the maintenance and their fast response. Especially Sal and Marvin! The admin have been kind and supportive in our endeavors especially Charlene and Maureen. Celebrating 2 years of our stay here, they’ve given us a Disney Gift card, it’s so sweet of them to extend their gratitude towards their clients. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe, clean and congenial community to live in.

Lived in this dump for 365 days and regretted it everyday. First the office staff is so incompetent it took them over 2 months (of me calling everyday) to provide us the list of all the documents we need to rent this apartment. Then when we finally were able to move in the first apartment they gave us the keys for had an active roach infestation in the kitchen. When we advised them of the infestation they said they would have someone come out and spray. We refused that offer and had to demand a new apartment. The second apartment had someone else’s garbage on the porch and was just in general dingy and dirty. After cleaning the whole apartment we finally moved into the apartment. “Landlord special” would be a generous thing to call how they maintained the place. The counter tops were cr
