Customer Reviews
I would not recommend living here. Dealt with numerous issues regarding my safety, broken elevators, no maintenance, no access to amenities, broken entry gates and corporate still expects you to pay your full amount of rent.
All I can say is they're greedy greedy , greedy. This Apartment complex deserves zero stars. I moved into an apartment a year ago and they failed to tell me that the apartment was above a commercial generator that was loud and shook the entire apartment once a week. I finally move out because they were such lousy property managers that they wouldn't move me to another unit even though they had units available, left the apartment clean and damaged free and, they charged me a $250 illegal cleaning fee. I still haven't received my deposit back. The elevators in the building were down at least once a week almost every week, delivery person's can't get into the building because the door code doesn't work either. I'd advise you not to move into these apartment complex, all they care about is
The tour was great and very informative. Mareya answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. She pointed out the amenities and how they're conveniently located. The place is well maintained. I look forward to moving in soon.
Do yourself a favor and run. For $2,000 a month for a one-bedroom, you’d expect to at least feel safe and clean in your own home. Instead, you’re overpaying for false promises, dirty amenities, and a nonstop headache. The pool is filthy year-round — and not just leaves and bugs. It looks like no one’s cleaned it since pre-COVID. All the “amenities” are locked or unusable, so don’t get excited by the tour or the website. It’s all a facade. The gym? Locked. The lounge? Inaccessible. The community? Barely functioning. Now let’s talk about the safety issues: I’ve had to call the police multiple times due to homeless people wandering the property, sleeping in stairwells, or shouting in the parking lot. This is a regular occurrence. Management? Silent. Unbothered. Useless. Oh, and the cherry
There is nothing “luxury” about these apartments. Please stop using that word to describe this place…
